12/19 & 12/20 - Broadway Invitational Tournament

The Broadway Tournament was cancelled due to weather. The next tournament will be Kiwanis on Dec 29 & 30.
UPDATE: The Lou Nagy Tournament at Broadway has been rescheduled for Jan 2 (a one day tournament).

12/16 - WC vs Rappahannock

David did not wrestle against Rappahannock as he was recovering from a two day stomach virus. Next up is the two day Broadway individual tournament.

12/12 - Warren County Duals

Warren County took first place in the Duals:
Round 1: WC 55, Stonewall 22
Round 2: WC 67, Monticello 12
Round 3: WC 42, Broadway 36
Round 4: WC 60, George Mason 15

152lbs - David completed a 4-0 sweep in the Duals.
Stonewall Jackson - win by decision, 9-6
Monticello - win by fall, 1:05
Broadway - win by fall, 1:48
George Mason - win by fall, 1:25

12/05 - Raider Classic Duals

Warren County HS cancelled their participation in all weekend events due to the threat of snow.

12/01 - Strasburg Benefit Match

152lbs - David wrestled all 3 periods and came out on top, 10 - 3 with a major decision and 4 team points.

Wrestle Off's

Despite an infection in David's jaw/chin and being in the ER the night before with a temperature of 105.3, David attended the Wrestle Off's but did not wrestle. David had no competition for the 152 lbs weight class so his two exhibition matches were cancelled. David was voted in as one of the 4 team Captains on Saturday.

1st week of Practice

Well, the first two practices are in the books. The energy level is through the roof and the kids are conditioning their butts off. To add to the electricity, multiple wrestlers from seasons past have been in the room helping out: Jared Moore, Jeremy Robinson, Sean Hoisington.
